Our process-serving division has been successfully serving default notices, Claims and statements of Claims, family law documents, divorce documents, and other legal documents throughout Australia for over 25 years.

 

Our experienced field agents ensure that Process Serving assignments are completed quickly and in accordance with all relevant legislation.

 

Furthermore, in those cases where documents cannot be served, we provide all information required and necessary for affidavits of attempted service. This assists in providing the courts with sufficient evidence when applying for substituted service.

 

We have agents that can Serve and attend to Enforcement Hearing Summons matters and settlement matters.

 

We understand the significance of correctly completed affidavits and have in-house JP’s in both our QLD and South Australian Offices.
